Orlando Adventure Part 1

I had another work conference during the week of Memorial Day.  This one was in Orlando.  J and I went the weekend before so we could do the touristy things like Disney World and Epcot.

We bought discount tickets to see the 4 Disney parks from the ticket place on base.  It worked out well.

Day 1 we spent at Disney World.

We saw Buzz, Woody and Jessie:

For lunch we ate at "Be our Guest".  It appears the only picture I took was of the ceiling (kind of like looking at the castle ceilings in Germany).   Anyway the food was okay (since it was lunch, we had sandwiches) but pricey but not unexpected because of where we were:

Day 2 saw us head to Epcot where we decided to eat our way through the world:

1st stop was Norway (Mexico was still closed when we arrived, but that was okay since we had just spent a week in San Antonio).  We did do some online research and all that we read said the same thing, you must try the school bread from Kringla.  We did, and it was just okay.  Very, very sweet and basically just a cream filled donut.

Since this is getting picture heavy, I'll break up our Epcot Trip into several blog posts.  More to come....
