In Vegas

J and I decided to take our chances during the pandemic and go to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving. 

We’re staying at Bally’s this time since they comp’d our entire stay but we won’t stay here again.   The check in experience left something to be desired.  We also rented a car this trip because the shuttle busses aren’t running and their parking is not convenient and they are not operating Valet services at the moment (that would have been free as well). 

Anyway we finally got checked in and then set off for dinner.  We ate at Din Tai Fung.  It was good, somethings were better than others but it was a fun experience (similar to a Dim Sum place except you order off a menu and not a cart).   The service was excellent

We tried the soup dumplings, pork buns, spicy chicken and pork wontons, cucumber salad and the chocolate dumplings.
