First up was the Chocolate Sheet Cake. I thought this was going to be too rich, but it really isn't rich at all. I only made it to use up some more things I have in the cupboard, like cocoa powder and buttermilk powder (buttermilk is another non-existent thing in Okinawa, but they do sell the powder), but was pleasantly surprised at how good it is.

More with the Pioneer Woman
Today was more cooking with "The Pioneer Woman Cooks"

Next up was the Comfort Meatballs. These were alright, but probably not something I would make again. They weren't time consuming and the ingredients are all things that are typically on hand, but there just wasn't that wow factor.
